Effective January 1, 2024, the salary cap for Executive Level II is now $221,900 and should be included in proposal budgets for applicable federal agencies. The Office of Personnel Management recently released new salary levels for the Executive Pay Scale with Salary Limitation on Grants, Cooperative Agreements, and Contracts. This new salary cap should be entered as the institutional base salary (IBS) in the proposal budget for grants, cooperative agreements, and contracts whenever the IBS for the individual GW employee exceeds $221,900.
